Debbie swaps her musical roots for this hard hitting Berkoff play.
 Debbie has been cast as Sylv in the forthcoming revival of Steven Berkoff's modern hard-hitting contemporary urban drama , East. Performances are at the Leicester Haymarket Studio from Wednesday 2nd- Saturday 26th March. Full of sex and fury, East is a sharp, affectionate and funny expose of life in London's East End. With its uncompromisingly physical performance style and its rich poetic language veering from Shakespearean parody to the shatteringly profane, it is a rollercoaster of gripping theatricality, teeming with both visual and verbal exuberance. Debbie has played leading roles in many West End productions including creating the role of Dee Dee in Tonights the Night, Mimi in Rent which she recently reprised in a charity gala and Carmen in Fame.
