As a series regular in the role of Kris Fisher
 Gerard will be onscreen from September 1st when the new student intake arrives at Hollyoaks Community College. Produced by Mersey Television the show currently broadcasts at 6:30pm every weekday on Channel 4 with an omnibus edition on Sunday morning. 2006 has been a busy year for Gerard. After a successful run at Belfast’s Lyric Theatre in The Snow Queen, he appeared as a guest presenter on Inside Out for BBC 1. He then went on to front RaveOnAir'06 - LIVE before hosting Mobile Bites for Virgin, where his celebrity guests included ex-Hear'Say star Kym Marsh and Britain’s favourite playboy Peter Stringfellow. Gerard was previously seen on stage in the West End in the cast of Saturday Night Fever at the Apollo Victoria theatre and in Mamma Mia at the Prince Edward theatre.
